Answer a question, see what you got wrong, read a short explanation, move on. Repeat until the exam.
Active recall, not rereading
Testing yourself beats highlighting a textbook for the fourth time. Every topic is a set of exam-style questions, so you find your gaps before the exam does.
Written for UK exams
Questions follow the UKMLA content map and current UK guidelines, written by students and doctors who sat these exams recently, not adapted from American banks.
Made for your phone
Install it like an app and do ten questions while you wait for the ward round to start. Your progress follows you between devices.
Hide the options. Type the answer.
Recognising the right answer in a list of four is the easy part. Turn on Type Mode and the options disappear: you type what you think the answer is and we check it against the correct option. Minor spelling mistakes still count.
See what needs work
Your dashboard breaks accuracy down by specialty, so you can stop redoing the cardiology you already know and spend tonight on renal instead.
Climb the leaderboard
Correct answers move you up the table. You start out anonymous and stay that way unless you switch your name on from your profile.
Stuck? Message us
Billing problem, broken page, question you disagree with: open a ticket and it comes straight to us. Replies usually land the same day, written by someone who can fix the thing.
Written by clinicians, checked against the guidelines
Every explanation cites NICE, the BNF or Royal College guidance, and questions get another review whenever that guidance moves.
Clinician-authored
Questions are written and reviewed by UK doctors, from foundation doctors to registrars, so every scenario reflects real clinical practice and current exam expectations.
UK guidelines only
Answers and explanations are cross-referenced against NICE, the BNF and Royal College guidance. The same sources your examiners use, not US references.
Kept up to date
Questions get flagged, reviewed and revised as guidance changes, so you revise against what is current rather than what was accurate two years ago.

"I use this on the ward when waiting for ward rounds. The mobile interface is so much cleaner than others."
"The 'Generate Quiz' feature is a lifesaver for targeting my weak topics before exams. Worth every penny."

Frequently asked questions
Do I get full access immediately?
Yes. Access unlocks as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, which normally takes a few seconds. Every topic, explanation and analytics page opens at once.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your profile page has a Manage Billing button that opens the Stripe portal. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the period ends.
What topics are covered?
The major clinical specialties (cardiology, respiratory, GI, neurology, surgery and more), plus pathology and the preclinical sciences. The topics page lists every set.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It's a web app you can add to your home screen, and from there it behaves like a native app. Plenty of students do most of their questions on a phone.
